1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using ScreenshotFramer (the "Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Extension.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ScreenshotFramer for personal or commercial purposes.

Free Version:

  • Unlimited use with all core features
  • Exports include a watermark

Pro Version:

  • One-time payment for lifetime access
  • Valid for up to 5 device activations
  • All features unlocked, no watermark
  • Priority support

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension
  • Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
  • Share, sell, or redistribute your Pro license key
  • Use the Extension for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent any license validation or watermark mechanisms

4. Payment and Refunds

Pro licenses are sold as one-time purchases processed through Polar.sh. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except as required by law or at our sole discretion.

5. Updates and Support

Pro license holders receive lifetime updates. We provide email support for Pro users. Free version users may receive support at our discretion.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Extension is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Extension operates entirely offline and does not collect or transmit any personal data.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Extension at any time, with or without cause, including if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
